With two stages of Live Music, Lowbrow Artists, Rum Tastings and a Luau Buffet - this is a fun day to explore the 100 year-old Shannon's Corner art deco building. Its labyrinthian stairways, multiple mezzanines and hidden passageways connecting the 4 bars means you won't be bored!

Enjoy the music of the iconic band The Hula Girls, plus Shorty's Swingin' Coconuts and the Seatbelt Surfabilly Band as they perform all day in the ballroom At The Top, where you will find the luau buffet to be as outstanding as the drinks.

Also At The Top, aerialist Gigi will perform her amazing flying act on a hoop high above the dance floor.

One of the largest surf festivals in the world takes place in Long Beach at the Golden Sails Hotel Aug. 1-3 2025:

The 16th Annual Surf Guitar 101 Festival Weekender.

Featuring dozens of surf bands, vendors and sponsors, the 3-day event includes two stages and affordable hotel rooms, this immersive event has free parking and fine food from Roxanne's Restaurant.

PLUS: TWO pool parties!

Saturday 9-11:30 am with Little Kahuna's exotica tiki surf sounds.

Sunday 9-11:30 am with Seatbelt's surfabilly music.
